We all have moments when we try to have a conversation with a parent, but instead of listening to us, they either ignore what we say or interrupt us. Then, they ask numerous questions about the same topic. This can be extremely draining and frustrating. During these times, it's important to be patient and extend grace to our parents. I know it can be challenging, but as they get older, they may become more easily distracted or lose their train of thought, prompting them to rush to express their own ideas.
Be Patient: give your parents a little grace, they don't mean it, and definitely don't mean to hurt or upset you; So please just be patient and try not to get angry with them
Talk with them, not at them: I know. I know, this is a difficult thing to do, but if you talk at them, it's extremely disrespectful, so please try to talk to them and have a conversation
