As we reach the ovulatory phase, estrogen levels peak, resulting in a significant surge of energy and an improved mood. Many women often feel most confident and social during this time. Finally, in the luteal phase, progesterone levels rise, which may lead to mood swings and fatigue for some. Understanding these phases can help us manage emotions effectively and energetically.
